for  power upgrading at Lunsemfwa and Mulungushi Hydro Power Stations,  Part of Four Departmental Consultants :

-Civil & Environmental Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Geomatic Engineering and Mechanical

Engineering. Project. LHPC implemented part of the Recommendations- uprating of the Mulungushi Power Station and contracted a Chinese  Equipment manufacturer for procurement of the equipment and a Chinese Contractor has

installed and commissioned the turbine and other associated equipment.
c)    Kafue Gorge Regional Training Centre (KGRTC) Manual 2002- Team Leader for the Accreditation.0f courses offered

by KGRTC, This work was overtaken by a subsequent comprehensive  MOU between  KGRTC and UNZA.
d)    TEVET Consultancy Report 1996 for the Management and Organisation  Structure for a new National Training organization “Technical Education ,Vocational  and Entrepreunership Authority “ (TEVETA )- Joint with two others (ILO Expert & Training Expert from Melbourne,Australia
